I actually don't know, they have cool, interesting history, they are very nice people etc.

Well. Digglez. An army is necesarry, though the current Dutch army is way too big, we don't need such a large one.
A secret police? You'll become quite infamous because of that, and follow the KGB, Gestapo and Stasi in their ways.
And, a democracy with a dictator doesn't work, unless the population can vote about decisions and such.
